Somatic Rebirthing Bodywork Session

Service Description

In this somatic based session you'll be guided through centering with breathwork, allowing you to come into your body more fully by slowing down and truly feeling the places where emotions are stuck within. Bodywork, specifically with the abdomen, assists with tuning into deeply held feelings, beliefs and attachments to help you recognize and release in order to repattern. You'll feel held and supported through this process as you are cocooned in rebozo's (Mexican shawls) as used in the Closing the Bones Ceremony. This begins the rebirthing process, providing the spaciousness needed yet feeling deeply held & nurtured to safely process, release and repattern the once stuck emotional responses. *This session does not replace traditional therapy but rather is an amazing resource to use with therapy sessions to assist in your progress.*
