This session focuses on deep work through Somatic Neuromuscular integration techniques and Mayan abdominal massage techniques. The Somatic Neuromuscular Reset helps rebalance muscular tension, alleviating chronic holding patterns, while Mayan abdominal techniques target the stored physical and emotional energy often related to trauma. Through co-regulation and a heart-centered approach, we offer spaciousness to allow the unraveling of tension and stored emotions, while actively learning to navigate your nervous system responses. This facilitates deeply profound healing and transformation, with heart-to-heart conversation and coaching to assist you in your processing and re-patterning of responses.
