Mini Therapeutic Massage

Service Description

Enjoy a relaxing therapeutic massage that addresses aches, pains, and tension in the physical body. Each session is individualized to your needs and goals. A 45 minute session (offered as an introduction for a limited time) is good for targeted treatment of a particular muscle group or area like upper back and neck. It is most effective as maintenance between regularly scheduled 60 or 90 minute sessions. A 60 minute session is a great option for one of the following customizations: * Full body relaxation * Relaxing therapeutic or deep tissue on a specific area or muscle group A 90 minute session allows ample customization such as: * Full body relaxation with dedicated therapeutic work on a targeted muscle group * Extended therapeutic/deep tissue work on one or two targeted areas * Full body relaxation with therapeutic emphasis on multiple muscle groups or areas
