I'll share with you the deep insights I've learned from my 20+ years of energy work while also walking you through having your own energy healing experience with crystals and sound frequency to balance and harmonize your chakras.

This 3 part series is being broken down like:

Part 1- the Lower Chakras, the foundational building blocks of your energy system. We will explore the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus centers to help you be better grounded, connected to your inner self and feel more confident.

Part 2- the Heart Centers, exploring the human Heart and High Heart (or Soul Heart) Centers as your source of renewal and embodiment, like a coming home to self. It is deeply healing and nourishing.

Part 3- the Upper Chakras, the cosmically connected energy centers for insight. We will venture into the realms of the Throat, Third Eye and Crown centers to help you speak your truth, have more clarity and feel more connected to Spirit.

In this workshop we will focus on the Upper Chakras to bring wisdom, clarity and consciousness to higher levels. As we explore and learn about these centers we will work with crystals and sound frequencies to balance and harmonize while also listening for the messages these centers hold for you in your healing journey.
