I'll share with you the deep insights I've learned from my 20+ years of energy work while also walking you through having your own energy healing experience with crystals and sound frequency to balance and harmonize your chakras.

This 3 part series is being broken down like:

Part 1- the Lower Chakras, the foundational building blocks of your energy system. We will explore the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus centers to help you be better grounded, connected to your inner self and feel more confident.

Part 2- the Heart Centers, exploring the human Heart and High Heart (or Soul Heart) Centers as your source of renewal and embodiment, like a coming home to self. It is deeply healing and nourishing.

Part 3- the Upper Chakras, the cosmically connected energy centers for insight. We will venture into the realms of the Throat, Third Eye and Crown centers to help you speak your truth, have more clarity and feel more connected to Spirit.

In this part 2 we will dive deeply into the Heart Centers, both the human Heart Anahata Chakra and the High Heart or Soul Heart Chakra that is connected directly to your Higher Sacred Soul Self. Through these heart centers we will experience the openness, expansiveness and cosmic connection associated with the heart, feeling into these different centers and the specific energy they offer to assist us with our own healing.
