This nurturing Therapeutic Massage combines intuition & skill, with relaxing, slow Swedish-style massage with specific clinical and deep tissue techniques on the areas that need more attention. A blend of tools for cupping, gua sha, hot stones and others may be used throughout the session to enhance the therapeutic benefits.

This treatment is not a typical massage session. Through a series of specific techniques, the body begins to reset and reboot itself, calming the nervous system providing relief of stress, tension and anxiety, releasing chronic muscular holding patterns, relieving aches and pains. In this session you remain fully clothed and no oil is used. Majority of clients find relief with the first session, but it is recommended to receive 3-5 sessions about a week apart for best results, to reset the body.

This is more than just a massage. You'll receive a very thorough intake form to complete as well as a consultation prior to starting the bodywork to address the specific reasons you are seeking this service. Knowing whether your focus is reproductive issues such as painful menstruation or infertility, or GI issues, or painful pelvic/hip or lower abdomen, helps me to know your focus for the session. For infertility further consultation may be required to ensure your treatments are timed with your cycle for optimal results. The core focus is on your abdomen. The majority of the massage treatment is working with the abdomen. This is NOT a full body massage and this treatment is not something that can be "quickly" added into a massage session.

90 min session $120

These healing sessions may include crystal healing, guided journeying, sound healing, oracle readings, somatic bodywork, breath work, soul retrieval, plant medicine in the form of aromatherapy, herbal poultice or flower essences, and more. This session is open to be intuitively guided to your greatest need at the time, for your most beneficial healing. Available in-person & online.

In this session you will be welcomed into sacred space, calling forth the elements of the Medicine Wheel to begin your healing journey. The Pachakuti Mesa assists in making the elements tangible and guide the healing session, depending on what you choose, through a deep transformational journey. This session is intuitive and acts as a catalyst to initiate change. 

90 min session $150

A consultation is required in order to schedule this service. Please know this booking is for the consultation only. The house cleansing will be scheduled during consultation call. The house cleansing includes smudging herbs, spiritual cleansing essences, energetic crystal grids and more. Comes with a house blessing kit & crystals for the session that you'll keep. You can be as involved in the cleansing as you would like to be. It is recommended that you learn the basics. Often times the instructions found online are not correct to traditional practices. Will travel to Hubert, Stella, Swansboro, Newport, Morehead City areas. If you live outside of this range additional travel fees will be incurred.
