Service Description

Somatic Coaching assists you in bringing awareness to how you store and react through your nervous system patterning. We work with the 5-channel somatic energy awareness practice to determine what channels are activated in your nervous system and which channels are best used to support you. These sessions may include: Guided Inner Tracking Breathwork EFT Tapping Posture/Movement Sensory Awareness Reiki Meditation/Visualization Somatic Coaching is offered through zoom video. Please be sure you have zoom installed on your device and have a quiet, undisturbed space for your session. Creating a sacred space for yourself that feels safe, nurturing and comfortable can be beneficial for your session. *If you would like an in-person session, please be sure to let me know.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, a minimum fee of $45 will apply. This fee must be paid before booking your next service.
