Deeply Relaxing Deep Tissue Massage

Service Description

This deeply relaxing massage with Kaitlyn promotes mind-body connection while addressing aches, pains, and tension in the body. Flowing massage strokes and deep tissue work are intuitively blended to rebalance the muscles and connective tissues, all while helping the mind to disengage into a meditative flow. Cues from the body are integrated to create a methodical yet responsive healing bodywork session. Each massage is individualized to your needs and goals. This 1 hour and 15 minute session can be customized as full body relaxation or as dedicated therapeutic work on one or two muscle groups/areas of concern.
