Walking the Wheel of Transformation

Based in shamanic energy practice, you'll be learning to connect deeply with nature as you step into the circle of the elements and tune in to the spirit allies that reside with each elemental realm. You'll develop an understanding of the elements, learning how each one plays a specific role in the process of inner transformation. You'll discover which elements you connect most closely with, so you will know what you need to release, bring balance, create ease and provide inspiration. The process of alchemy is a big part of shamanic energy healing practices and through this journey we will be exploring teachings from Peruvian Shamanism for self-healing.

What you'll need: Pen, notebook, yoga mat (and whatever makes you comfortable for guided meditation).
