Mala Making for Mabon, the Autumn Equinox

Mala's are amazing meditation tools to help you turn your focus inwards. We'll explore a little history around mala's and their use, chants that resonate with the energy and the chosen gemstones of Peach Moonstone & Bronzite that reflect the energy of the season. 

Please dress comfortably as we will be seated on the floor for an extended period. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, as well as herbal tea, cocoa and water. 

We will open the space with a cleansing prayer followed by some light yoga stretches to prep for sitting. Then we will get busy crafting the mala's as I share about stones, the season and the history. When we're finished we will close with an intention prayer for the mala. Please allow for time to enjoy the full experience. This is a sacred art that is deserving of honor and presence. The more you pour into it the more it serves you.
