Get out of your head and back into your body with this powerful & transformative embodiment practice. Weaving together conscious body awareness, with breath to create somatic movements, moving from within, to unravel the chains of restriction in the body and open you to new levels of being.

This workshop includes:

• Opening Circle & anointing to honor inner Self
• Archetypal Energy Alignment- checking in and tracking your inner self
• Breathwork to open the pathway of heart resonance
• Yoga/Somatic movements to root into the body
• Alchemy Dance- ecstatic movement for grounding and deep earthy connection and moving stuck energy out of the body
• Healing Savasana with Reiki and meditation
• Closing Circle

Wear comfortable clothing you can freely move in. No experience is required. It is your chance to show up for YOU. You'll learn ways to tune into your own energy and feel more embodied. Experience clarity, reclaim your power and raise your frequency in sacred space.
