Archetypal Energy Alignment- checking in and tracking your inner self

Breathwork to open the pathway of heart resonance

Yoga/Somatic movements to root into the body

Alchemy Dance- ecstatic movement for grounding and deep earthy connection and moving stuck energy out of the body

Healing Savasana with Reiki and meditation
