Full Moon Energy Healing Savasana

Welcome to a journey of deep healing as we open the space with a sage smudging ceremony to clear away any energy that is not your own, becoming more centered within. The room is held in Shamanic Reiki light to magnify the healing of this sacred space. You’ll be guided through pranayama, breathwork, to connect your mind, body and spirit and then slowly flow with rhythmic movement to release stagnant energy from the body. In savasana you’ll experience chakra healing in alignment with our cosmic connection at the time. Shamanic Reiki, crystals, oils, and oracles are offered throughout your journey. We close with a sacred circle, offering love & light to all beings, reconnecting to our earthly plane. A discussion about the healing energy, crystals and oracles will follow the closing.
