Energy Healing Savasana New Moon Circle

Energy Healing Savasana is a blend of multicultural healing practices to assist you on your healing journey. Traditionally the New Moon was a time of rest, recovery and reflection. It was a time to go inward and focus on nourishing yourself. In Energy Healing Savasana you receive healing through Sound Frequency, Shamanic Reiki, Crystal Healing and additional practices woven into the Circle that corresponds with the astrological energy. It is an extension of our Sisterhood Circle, a reflection on the feminine lunar cycle of healing. 

It all starts with a sacred smudge ceremony, cleansing and releasing outside energies to allow you to be fully present in the sacred space. You'll find yourself on a cushioned mat with pillows and even blankets if you choose, or perhaps in a chair to rest comfortably seated, as you listen to the cosmic influence currently at play. You'll be gently guided in meditation to connect to your light body self, experience a shift in vibrational frequency as the Akashic Realm is opened and you journey to a healing space unique to you. It is common to receive messages, insights, and have visionary experiences during this time. 

I started Energy Healing Savasana about 5 years ago, as a way to blend a variety of my favorite healing practices so more people could experience them. As a Shamanic Healer & Teacher it is a gift to lead others in journey, while also being able to tune in and know that each person is receiving their own experience and healing. A great reminder of just how multifaceted energy truly is. Over the years this class has shifted, offering profound experiences to those that attend, as it changes to flow with the cosmic energy that currently surrounds us. Sometimes this even includes light code activations that come through the journey. Each class is different and unique unto itself. It could never be replicated as it is meant to be exactly what is needed for the moment.
