Energy Healing Savasana

 This healing workshop opens with a sage smudging ceremony to clear away any energy that is not your own, becoming more centered within. The room is held in Shamanic Reiki healing energy to magnify and intensify the healing available. 

You'll be guided through pranayama (breathwork) to connect your mind, body and spirit with gentle movements to begin moving and shifting energy within the body.  

In savasana you'll experience a journey through your chakras, offering healing alignment as you expand beyond the 7 chakra system and into more advanced energy space. Sacred stones are used throughout the session to offer their special healing vibration, as well as drums, singing bowls, oils and whatever else calls to be used in alignment with the healing process.  

Jena Skai is the founder of Sacred Soul Shamanic Reiki and has been teaching energy healing for more than 10 years. A licensed massage therapist and certified yoga instructor, she combines her knowledge of holistic medicine to offer healing sessions in a variety of ways.
