This Sacred Soul Circle embraces the energy of the full moon through practices including, breathwork, meditation, crystal healing and Reiki, all influenced by the current lunar energy. We will look at celebratory aspects of the archetypal energy and allow ourselves a moment to pause in recognition of our achievments.
