Energy Healing Savasana

This Sacred Soul Circle embraces the energy of the full moon through practices including, breathwork, meditation, crystal healing and Reiki, all influenced by the current lunar energy. We will look at celebratory aspects of the archetypal energy and allow ourselves a moment to pause in recognition of our achievments. The Full Moon is traditionally a time of celebrating & socializing. As we attune to these deeper lunar cycles we begin uncover more depth and meaning in our own lives. UPDATED TICKETS

To better serve our community we are now offering our usual tickets to reserve a mat on the floor AND now also including tickets for chair seating to help accomodate those that are not able to sit comfortably on the floor. I do recommend if you are able, to purchase regular ticket. This allows more space to stretch out, participate in movement and savasana. Chair seating offers some movement but you'll remain seated for the meditation savasana portion of class.
