Energy Healing Savasana

Welcome to a journey of deep healing as we open the space with a sage smudging ceremony to allow you to become more focused and centered. The room is held in Shamanic Reiki light energy to maginify the healing of this sacred space. You'll be guided through pranayama (breathwork) to connect mind, body and spirit, and then slowly flow with rhythmic movement to release stagnant energy from the body, creating space for healing within. In savasana you'll experience chakra healing in alignment with our cosmic currents at the time of class. 

Shamanic Reiki, crystals, oils and oracle cards are used throughout your journey. We close this sacred healing circle by reconnecting to our earthly plane. A discussion about the healing energies, crystal and oracle interpretation is held at the end.
