Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation of awareness into the body, that deeply relaxes the nervous system. As you enter into this blissful state, the sound bath will begin using crystal singing bowls to heighten the energetic atmosphere of your journey space. Through this energetic resonance, you'll receive healing frequencies aligned to your chakras that also assist with your ability to journey into your own state of healing.

This session is expertly guided by me, a heart-centered rebellious soul that has been leading group healing journeys for 15+ years helping others connect to the spiritual energy that flows through them.
