Service Description

Enjoy a relaxing therapeutic massage experience that promotes mind-body connection while addressing aches, pains, and tension in the physical body. Flowing massage strokes and optional deep tissue work are intuitively blended to help rebalance the muscles and connective tissues. Cues from the physical body and energy body are integrated to create a responsive and healing bodywork session. Each session is individualized to your needs and goals. This 1.5 hour session with Kaitlyn allows for ample customization such as: * Full body relaxation with therapeutic work on a targeted muscle group * Dedicated therapeutic/deep tissue work on one or two targeted areas * Full body relaxation with therapeutic emphasis on multiple muscle groups or areas
