What is Somatic Wellness & Holistic Healing
Somatic wellness is a holistic approach to mental health and well-being that focuses on the mind-body connection. It recognizes that emotional and psychological issues can manifest as physical symptoms and aims to address these issues through mind-body experiences. Somatic therapy techniques may include body awareness exercises, movement therapy, breathwork, and other methods to help individuals process and release emotional trauma or stress stored in the body.
